not working for me.. sorry to say but i personally tried it and not getting any difference at all. Its upto you guys if u think there something it it.

Thanks for the query. The difference is very minute. The delay in solving the DNS query is in the order of millisecond, which possibly very hard to judge by human mind. But if we talk technically, It is secure and fast as it is the largest repository of DNS records.
I hope you'll be using OpenDNS for more secure browsing and a bit high speed.
